The $9 plan has smaller monthly limits, not fewer features. Review replies, photo posts, response speed tracking and listing checks are in every paid plan; Plan A simply stops at 3 locations, 100 replies and 10 photo posts a month. AHA REVIEW works only with Google Business Profile, and you sign up and connect Google yourself, so there is no sales call or setup fee. You pay month to month and can cancel any time. If you need more, add a $9 add-on or move to Plan B or C.

Their cheapest paid plans cost $10 to just under $100 a month for one location, and 7 of the 10 cost $30 or more, at least 10 times AHA REVIEW's $3 a location. Most charge for each location separately, and some keep review replies or listing management for a higher plan or an add-on. Every paid AHA REVIEW plan, including the $9 one, has all four parts: replies prepared in each customer's own language (20 languages), photo posts, response speed tracking and listing checks.
